About Me

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as a potential candidate for a Teaching position in your prestigious organization. I am Prof. Baswaraj, with over 10 years of Teaching Experience in reputed Engineering Colleges in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and I would like to further my career prospects by associating with your esteemed institution. I have Completed my Doctorate in the field of Computer Networks and in management . I hold an MCA, MTech in Computer Science as well as I have obtained an MBA in Human Resources. Prior to this, I have completed my basic degree with a B.E. in Computer Science. I have also been a visiting professor for other Colleges and Indian Universities such as Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Bangalore University (BU), Pondicherry University (PU) and Bharathidasan University (BDU) as well as adjunct faculty for a few Universities abroad including London School of Commerce (LSC), UK, Edith Cowan University (ECU), Australia and UCTI-APIIT, Malaysia. Additionally, I have served in several Administrative capacities as Principal, BMA College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Bangalore, Examinations Controller for UCTI-APIIT and LSC, UK, as well as BDU, Chief Superintendent of Examinations for BU, Deputy Chief Superintendent of Examinations for VTU, Squad Member for VTU Theory Examinations, Question Paper Setter for VTU, BU, UCTI-APIIT and LSC, UK. I have also been a panelist in the Board of Syllabus for VTU. I have conducted Training programmes for students as well as faculty on several topics which include both Technical as well as Soft skills. I am certified in IBM’s RAD, RSA, TDS, DB2 as well as Lotus Notes and Domino. I have received training from Infosys on Soft Skills as well as Technical Skills. I am trained in High Impact Teaching Skills by Wipro Mission 10X. I have several publications in reputed National and International journals and am on the reviewer panel of many International journals. I have also been awarded the ‘Best Paper Award’ in 2 International conferences. I am highly passionate about teaching Technological skills and currently focus on Object Oriented Modeling & Design using Advanced Java and C++ as well as Computer Networks, Graphics, Software Engineering and Architectures, as well as Analysis and Design of Algorithms using C language.
