About Me

Hi! My name is Alok Gupta. I am an IT professional residing in Mumbai. I've been teaching since 2013 and have loved helping my students in taking the fear of programming out of them. Some of my students who had no connection with programming are now working well on their projects. As far as my educational qualifications are concerned, I went to Technocrats Institute of Technology, Bhopal and earned a degree (Hons.) in Computer Science Engineering in 2014. The programming languages that I teach includes SQL, Android, Java (Core), C#, C, C++, ASP.NET MVC, VBA and web based languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript. I'm a calm, self-motivated person and hard working person and I teach in a well-defined manner & assure that students are getting the concepts clearly. I specialize in creating custom Android applications with client-server architecture. I love working on some ideas that come to my mind and try to convert them into projects. I recently published an Android app on google play called Freecube - Free Recharge. It is made up of native Android, C# & SQL on server side. When I take any particular language classes, my goal is to ensure that within a first few classes, student is able to set up the development environment, get the basic programs running on his/her computer and as time goes on student should be able to understand and write complex programs too. I conduct periodic tests in order to check if the students are able to get the concepts or not. I love working with students of all ages and experience levels and I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
