About Me

My name is Amalendu Naskar. I hold a Master's degree in Bengali Literature from Jadavpur University and have recently completed my B.Ed. program. I have a profound love for and commitment to the art of teaching. I believe a teacher's true responsibility extends beyond merely delivering lessons; it is to ignite a passion and curiosity for the subject matter in each student's mind. With this objective, I approach every student with diligence and patience. If a student struggles with a concept, I endeavor to explain it repeatedly until they grasp it with confidence. I foster a friendly and approachable relationship with my students, which encourages them to openly communicate their difficulties and become more engaged in their studies. I aim to eliminate their fear of a subject and guide them toward a joyful and focused approach to learning. Through consistent practice, I help my students retain what they've learned, and I regularly assess their progress to ensure their continuous development. I maintain close communication with parents to ensure that students are encouraged to continue their studies at home. My emphasis is not solely on preparing students for examinations but also on nurturing them into well-rounded individuals—instilling in them the values and ethics necessary to become ideal, conscious, and responsible citizens. Ultimately, my goal as an educator is to empower students with self-confidence and illuminate their future.
