Besides, a strong emphasis is placed on a communication with an individual student to inspire him/ her to improve the four basic language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing and encourage the children to express their ideas verbally and through writing. Additionally, I can manage a number of different personalities, including misbehaving children, and steer them into the right direction. As educators must have remarkable communication abilities to be able to interact with people of all ages, including colleagues, pupils, parents and managers likewise, I too can effectively deliver information and understand the different points of view from other people.
