About Me

I am a PhD Scholar and work part time as an Assistant Professor at New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University, Pune. I am currently teaching Under Graduate and Diploma Courses in the college. I have an experience of more than 3 years. I have also successfully completed the certificate course on Faculty Development Program on using Online tools for Teaching. The main subjects that I teach include Intellectual Property Rights, Environment Law, Professional Ethics (including Drafting, Pleading and Conveyancing) Media Law and ICT & Legal Research to under graduate students. I also teach National and International Arbitration to Diploma Students. I am even the Faculty Coordinator for the Moot Court Society and help training the students for the same. I even help train the students to use various legal databases like Westlaw, Manupatra and SCC Online for helping them improve their Research in Law I have also worked with two Law Firms before getting into academics. The details are mentioned in the CV attached below. I have gained extensive experience in the fields of Intellectual Property Law, Constitutional Law, Media Law, ADR, and Taxation Law. My experiences in the previous internships has also afforded me the opportunity to become familiar with the other various spheres of law. I am always eager to learn more about state legislation, reading up on these topics on my own time to become more knowledgeable.
