Wide Experience in Human Resource/ Man Management, having commanded Air Bases with 3000-4000 Air Force Personnel (Officers and Airmen) Wide Experience in Planning of Large Scale Construction Works for Operational Infrastructure of Indian Air force like Runways, Radar Infrastructure, Air Force Stations, Infrastructure for Air Defence Weapons etc. Wide Experice in Teaching Military Strategy as a Directing Staff at Army War College MHOW. Experienced in Networks management of Air Defence Operations where the radar picture of Air Space being monitored by various sensor radars is transferred to Joint Air Defence Centre and Joint Operations Air Centre on Air Force Net (AFNET) from a Central Command & Control Node called IACCS. Supervised setting up of multiple redundancies through Optical Fibres carrying IACCS radar pictures on AFNET, ASCON(Army), NFS (Network for Spectrum) and MST (Mobile Satellite Terminal) Held the Post of Additional Director General, National Cadet Corps (NCC). Planning of Enrolment, Staffing & Finance for 15 Lac Cadets all over India, in 825 NCC Units. Implementation of GoI Schemes directly monitored by PMO. 5.
