About Me

Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Ashif Hajilal Mujawar. I have completed my B.Sc.-M.Sc. degree in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, The title of my dissertation is “Synthesis and characterization of multi-functional iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles and its application in Biomedical” (April, 2017) under the guidance of Dr. Arpita P. Tiwari and Co-guidance of Dr. Kiran D. Pawar from School of Nanoscience and Technology, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, INDIA. With my experience, I would like to pursue my research career in the field of Nanomaterials used in biomedical field. My research work on transition metal oxide and their surface modification for biomedical application (Hyperthermia, Photocatalysis and DNA sensor) by chemical method provides me with the basic and advanced understanding of the research area. I am familiar with advanced synthesis techniques for nanomaterials used in biomedical field which includes co-precipitation method, hydrothermal method, sillar technique, dip coating, spray pyrolysis and also biological methods. Further, I am very much know theoretical knowledge and data interpretation of X-ray diffraction (XRD) instrument, scanning electron microscope (SEM), Raman spectroscopy/furrier transformer infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), BET surface area measurement and porosity analysis. As an outcome, I have contributed 3 research articles (1 review article as a first author (under review), 1 research article as a co-author (published in material sciences and engineering journal), 1 research article as a first other (manuscript in process).) During my B.Sc.-II, I have also gained experienced in synthesis of CuO thin film and supercapacitor application under Dr. Ganesh J. Navathe from School of Nanoscience and Technology, Shivaji University Kolhapur as a part of extra-curriculum. Finally, I thank you for spending your valuable time to read about my profile. Thank you
