About Me

I am a graduate from Calcutta University, where I earned the degree of B.A. LL.B with a First Class. I completed my Masters from ICFAI University, Dehradun with a First Class as well, where I have worked and completed my dissertation topic under the guidance of Dr. Susanta Kumar Shadangi. I have an abiding, passionate and almost obsessive interest in law, I have the necessary skills and qualifications for this post, as well as the necessary experience to deal with students. Beyond my interests, I am an effective communicator and have earned praise from undergraduate students for my ability to explain law and legal ideas in a simple and understandable fashion.While pursuing my graduation and post graduation in the area of law we were given opportunities to teach undergraduate students which I completed successfully, I also provided free tuition, where I taught freshman students and other juniors several areas of law. Through it all, I graded tests and homework assignments and was praised for the clear and intuitive way I explained concepts to students. I was able to help more than 20 students during those years who were struggling to pass their classes. On average, their grades improved under my tutelage and were also able to guide many more to achieve First Class. I take a friendly approach to teaching, believing that my students are simply equals who have yet to gain the knowledge I can impart to them. I find this approach helps to break traditional “them” and “us” type barriers between students and their tutors. I also feel that the students gain more as a result of using this approach, not to mention the satisfaction that the teacher can also gain. I know I can repeat my standard of professionalism for the best interests of my students. I am sure that my ability to manage and maintain the highest standards as a teacher will be of the greatest benefit to them, and I am competent that I can make a significant contribution towards the future of my students
