About Me

I Have been working in the teaching field since 14 years. During my candidature, I have performed different roles and worked in various committees. During my candidature in F.G.Naik College, Koparkhairane, I was the Head, Department of Commerce. Thus, I have handled Exam Committee as a Chairperson for three years. I was the member of cultural committee for two years. During the A.Y.2013-14, I joined Rayat Shikshan Sanstha’s Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College, Vashi. I worked in BMS department for initial four years. During that period, I handled Exam Committee for Self Finance Courses. Thus, I have worked as research guide at undergraduate level for TYBMS. During 2017-18, I shifted to Accountancy department. As our college got autonomy, I got an opportunity to become member of Board of Studies of Accountancy. I have assisted in framing syllabi of different subjects in accountancy at undergraduate and postgraduate level. I have been working as a research guide at post graduate level since four years. During my candidature, I have guided more than 30 students at undergraduate level and more than 60 students at post graduate level. As a part of department, I organized poster competitions for the department. I have also organized Teacher’s Training Workshop on “Research Methodology” twice on behalf of department. I have also been a member of Gender Issue Cell for three years. Thus, I have organized different competitions and workshops under this cell during these years. I have published a reference book named “Indian Banking System” during August 2021 in the forms of E-book and paperback. During the year 2021-22, I had participated in a poetry writing competition at national level, held by HISLOP College at Nagpur, where I got second rank. During these years, I have presented and published seven research papers in conference proceedings, UGC care list I and UGC care list II.
