Dr. Meghdoot Ghosh is currently working as Senior Assistant Professor of MBA in IMS Business School affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam University of Technology and approved by AICTE. He is a Management Graduate and PhD in Management Science from Maulana Abul Kalam University of Technology West Bengal. His areas of interest lies in Statistics, Operations Research, Production & Operations Management, Data Analaytics & Statistical Modelling. He has several publications in various national and international journals. He was Awarded “Best Presenter” in 3rd International Conference on Healthcare and Allied Sciences organized by Lincoln University College, Malaysia in collaboration with University of Muhammadiyah Semarang (UNIMUS), Indonesia and Osmania University, India on 25th & 26th September 2019. Currently he is working on the impact of Augmented Intelligence in the field of service marketing.
