About Me

I completed a medical program where I earned my Medical Doctor degree, MBBS from a reputed Government Medical College in India. After completing the medical program, I came to USA and completed my double Masters degree in Public health and Medical Entomology while working as a volunteer for many free clinics and working as a research scholar. In the meantime, I also cleared all my Steps and earned ECFMG Certification. I then did Post doctoral fellowship at the National Institute of Health (NIH), Bethesda under Dr. Paolo Lusso in Viral Pathogenesis section working on HIV virus. I completed my residency program in Pathology from India from a reputed Government Medical college and earned my MD Pathology Degree. Here I gained knowledge of clinical pathology, Hematology, image analysis, Histopathology, Cytology, Bone Marrow analysis, Flow cytometry, clinical biochemistry and cytogenetics.
