#  Mathematics is not about numbers, equations, computations, or algorithms: it is about understanding  # Hello Dear All, I, Dr. Hari Mohan Kushwaha, hold PhD degree (from IIT Indore) and master degree (from IIT Roorkee) in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Thermal Engineering. I am a person with strong commitment towards enhancement and support of education of students, a motivator with good communication and problem solving skills. I am an honest, adaptable, experienced, self-disciplined, individual, who believes in developing problem solving skills for the students and educating students to deal with the future challenges and needs. I work towards building confidence in a student, concept-building, help to study syllabus, offer moral support, and help students to achieve their life goals. I have teaching experience (Mathematics) in coaching classes and in engineering (Mechanical Engineering) colleges at various cities in India (Kota, Jaipur, Roorkee, Indore, Mumbai, and Bengaluru). I fondly teach mathematics to the students of classes 9th/10th/11th/12th (all boards: CBSE/ICSE/ISC/IGCSE/State) and others competitive (IIT-JEE/Engg. Mathematics). This allows me to connect/interact with students who are as passionate as I am about learning & mastering Mathematics. My motto is to provide good quality education with quality assurance at all levels. Teaching and training has always been my first preference. My past experience (Exp>10 years) helps me in planning and implementing things in a holistic approach towards teaching Mathematics/other subjects. I believe that every student has a different way of learning interests and capacity. Hence the study material should be prepared according to the need (grasping power/understanding level/competitions) of the student, which helps students to learn the subject (Mathematics) in a better way.
