Teaching nowadays has become a rote and mechanized process. Students are given material to memorize and reproduce in the examinations which is a very unwholesome approach to learning. Being a student myself, I understand the basic pit falls and areas of difficulty a student may face while learning a subject. I do what I like to call "empathetic teaching" which involves not just spoon-feeding the concepts for the sake of scoring marks but a deep level understanding of the subject. The conventional "memorize and write" method is superficial and will work only if the student is able to hold all the information till the exam end. With the empathetic learning method, the student will KNOW the concepts which ensures good performance and will provide a strong foundation upon which higher learning can take place. I work hard for every student as a result, I take only a limited number at a time. Each student is assured of the best that I have to offer and a personalized approach as every individual has their own needs.
