I have 6 years of experience I usually follow basic rule to strengthen and clear the basics first and then lay the base for strong foundation where students can grow mentally.I always believe in two way communication between tutor and students so that weak zones can be picked and eradicated.Firstly I provide in depth knowledge of particular topic, I conduct test after completion of each topic and after analysis of test result if any thing that seems to be lacking and needs to be reviewed, accordingly it is done and again test is conducted covering almost each and everything I believe in maintaining healthy relationship with students and creating a positive environment which eventually leads to personality development of students and creating stigma of high motivation and high morality among them
