B.Tech. In Chemical Engineering from N.I.T Warangal I volunteered to work as corporate trainer and taught various technologies and relevant statistical techniques. It was during this time that I discovered my knack for teaching. I have always been passionate about Physics and Mathematics. After I had discovered my interest in teaching, the idea of passing on the core concepts and problem solving techniques, which I had developed over years, to others excited me very much. I had developed various tutoring strategies, while working as a corporate trainer, which I think would be equally successful with Higher Secondary students. They are:- 1) Emphasis on making the basics strong and core concepts of the subject familiar to the student. So that they could develop their skills on the subject themselves and more importantly become curious. 2) Prioritizing and streamlining the the subject matter, so as to reduce the content and avoid unnecessary labour. 3) Developing the problem solving skills, and familiarizing with various hacks and workaround techniques. So as to increase student's speed. 4) Regular tests to monitor progress
