Teaching is an ART and I mean every word of it. To know something, is called knowledge and to pass on that knowledge convincingly to the audience is where the ART lies. Teaching apart from being a noble profession is also a very important profession in building up the society. A teacher/professor helps mold and create a desired society of virtue. If a doctor is not competent enough then the life of the patient on the operation table is at stake but if a teacher is not good at teaching then a complete generation of student's life is at stake! And I firmly believe in it cause I personally feel that I was the victim of such incompetent teaching at school level. Coming to the students my expectation is I can coach you as long as you exhibit the quality of being coachable. Kindly all the worried and over indulgent parents especially the mom's should let the children be. The children today are anyway too stressed so let them atleast breath and not be the factor to smother them. Rest my action would speak louder then my words. Thanks.
