Accounting is an aspect of business/Finance that is often one of the most difficult to understand. The terminology is counter intuitive, the work can be, at first, tedious and boring, and the format of statements is unfamiliar and confusing in the beginning.
Accounting is like a language, and once you "speak" enough of it, you'll find that you're beginning to think like an accountant.
Here are some tips for learning this complicated "language":
* Everything can be traced back to this simple equation: assets = liabilities + equity. These accounts are your balance sheet accounts, and your balance sheet should always balance when you put the accounts into this equation. To factor in your revenue and expense accounts, you simply subtract expenses from revenue to arrive at net profit (or loss) and add that to equity.
* In Accounting, debit simply means left. That means the accounts on the left side of the above equation (assets) have normal debit balances. So, if you are increasing an asset (like cash or accounts receivable) you will debit that account.
* In Accounting, credit simply means right. That means the accounts on the right side of the above equation (liabilities and equities) have normal credit balances. So, if you are increasing a liability or equity account (like accounts payable or capital) you will credit that account.
* In any entry, debits always equal credits. Always. If your debits do not equal your credits, you may have done something wrong, and you need to review your work.
Those are just some basics to remember. When it gets more complicated, these tips can still help you out, because they never change.
You will be surprised at how much you know when you finish your courses if you just don't give up, and practice, practice, practice. (A motivational article on Accounting)

Reasons to join my tuition/training:
* Training by a Certified Accounting Technician (ICAI)
*Different learning experience and not just a tuition
*Personal care to individual students
*Training through audio-visual aid/device (Bookkeeping and Basic Accounting for Non-Accountants)
*Students of distance learning programme under BBA/MBA curriculum may also contact for semester assignment (Financial Accounting)
*Students of National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) may contact for assistance in preparing assignment (Business Studies & Accountancy)

NOTE:
1. Online tutoring is not available. Please do not request for this service.
2. Serious candidate my contact me through "email this teacher section" or through "SMS" (specify his/her contact no., Course/subject and institute name) or may call.
2.
