About Me

I started to teach life Sciences subjects Chemistry, BioChemistry and Biology to Intermediate, BSc and MSc students for the past 6 yrs. I love to make the subjects easy to understand and the same time exciting for the students. Once I create interest in the young minds about these basic Sciences I am sure they blossom into great achievers in research and other multidisciplinary areas.<br>Kids who would like to take up a career in engineering or medicine have to get through many entrance exams and I would like to train them to qualify these exams. I teach with many captions, pictures and animations making use of whatever facility is available for the students. I show images on the internet and prepare my own diagrams and flow charts to make the students understand the concepts better.I love to teach organic Chemistry and bioChemistry especially the problem solving skills. I always make the classroom environment interactive instead of a boring monologue. I often give funny examples and cut jokes so that the class is not stressful and monotonous.<br>I enjoy teaching students of various age groups and I feel very basic level of fundamentals should be taught to the school kids and I shall definitely ensure that they get the basic foundation that they can rely upon as they progress to higher classes. When it comes to higher age kids in the college I shall understand where they stand in their subject knowledge and I would start from there with proper instruction.<br>I taught in India and abroad, made students more responsible to their class and laboratory. I motivated many students to join bachelors and masters degrees and many of them have come out with flying colors.
