Learning is a continuous process.As told by Mahatma Gandhi:-It is the all round development of a child that is physical, mental, spiritual and moral development.A child learns each and everything from its surroundings.So activity-based learning is must for the development of a child.I believe in learning by doing.Whatever the teacher teaches in the classroom is not enough.It should be combined with the active participation of the student.So I encourage each and every active participant of this program to learn from their heart and give their total interest to whatever is taught.I will also advice the learners to not be a book worm but always keep trying to be practical.But it is the sole responsibility of a teacher to arouse interest in their learners.It is only possible if mutual interaction is their between teacher and taught.Nowadays teachers are not only tutor but also mentors and friends.They will counsel you, clear your doubts and also they will diagnose you so that you will not face any problem in teaching learning process.<br>My methodology of teaching is totally based on these ideas.I would like to clear doubts of my students, help them to complete their assignments, teach them in an effective way, to increase their communication skills and giving optimum knowledge to them.<br>Thank you.
