About Me

Hi! I am a friendly and patient tutor who is dedicated to my teaching and take pride in building a good teacher-student rapport with my students.<br><br>I am able to help students understand their work better and expand their knowledge in the subject. Lessons are planned and tailored specially for individual students according to their level and needs.<br><br>I always believe that one will benefit from enjoyable tutoring at an early age to enforce good foundations in their speaking, writing, reading and Mathematics skills. Therefore, I also encourage interactive and fun learning with my students.<br><br>Lessons for primary and high school students are usually in small groups, as students gain alot by learning from one another.<br><br>Teaching is my passion, and my time as a teacher has been a beautiful, emotional, and fulfilling experience. Today's teachers and students are partners in the process of learning. Interaction between the two serves as a catalyst for understanding and motivation for success.<br><br>Mathematics is actually fun, provided one understands the logic behind the subject. Math not only increases our ability to calculate, but the principles can be applied in real life which helps with planning strategies, evaluations, and analysis all of which are essential for decision making.<br><br>The faster you can learn, the better your prospects will be. In my 8 years of teaching experience, I have never taken my students for granted. They remind me that learning is never static and to be an effective educator, I must keep up-to-date on the latest methods and theories.<br><br>Over the years, I have enjoyed seeing my students outperform their own expectations. Success has brought them a great deal of confidence in their lives.<br><br>My aim is to facilitate students and help them reach their fullest potential and ultimately become mature self-learners.<br><br>I believe that a teacher is not just a guide, but a friend who helps you with the learning process and that's why I am here. I will help you grasp core concepts in subjects like Mathematics & Science.<br><br>An effective teacher is not just a result of education, but is also a result of practical experience in assisting students. I have been teaching for the last eight years, and I am well-qualified to assist you with your learning needs<br><br>Currently I want to work almost exclusively with students in 7th to 10th grade because I connect and relate best to this age group.<br><br>I have taught many students who were not able to perform well in Math and Science while in primary and middle school. However, my teaching techniques have not only removed their fear of Math but now many of these students love these subjects and are pursuing higher studies in Math and Science. I assure you that your doubts about Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry will be resolved after our learning sessions together.<br><br>I have completed my Bachelors' in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. I will put my heart and soul into helping you to improve your academic abilities, but I cannot do it alone. I need your commitment to learn.
