Background M.B.A from GGSIP University and B.Sc.(H)Physics from Hindu College, Delhi University. I prepared for the civil services exam and managed to face the interview twice. I have just finished my book titled "The Philosophy, Psychology & Strategy of the Civil Services Exam" which offers comprehensive guidance to not just a beginner but to any IAS aspirant whether he is about to write the mains or the interview. Civil Services Exam is unique and demands not just the intelligence but the intellectual caliber from the students. Due to the completely different requirements and the nature of exam candidates find themselves clueless on how to start preparing for this exam. This ignorance is exploited by many substandard business entities disguising as the coaching centers and do great injustice to the candidate who believe them blindly. I offer personal mentorship program for the civil services exam so that every candidate can be known personally and I am able to work upon the subjective aspects of the thought process of the candidate. Methodology First step is providing the right study material to the students. Second step is to test the student and based upon the result takes him to the next level. Once the candidate has achieved a level of knowledge in different subjects of the civil services exam, I take up classes for the most relevant topics and topics demanded by the student. After it is clear that the candidate has achieved command over the subject matter, I move to the discussion session with the students and deal with the subjects aspects of the exam.
