Reducing the usage of jargons that cannot be understood by clients. Grammar – Basic principles about vowels and consonants. Proper usage of adjectives, nouns, pronouns, prepositions, conjunctions, compound words and sentences. Public Speaking – Harnessing your inner public speaker through confidence building exercises. Principles about team building strategies, people management strategies. Other soft skills needed to captivate the interest of your audience while you speak.
