My name is Ratnesh Singh, I have pursued Master's degree in Yogic sciences from University of Patanjali, Haridwar and Completed Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training as well as Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education and connected with Uttar Pradesh Yogasana Sports Association under National Yogasana Sports Federation as Yogasana Sports Technical Officials. I have been teaching yoga for 5 years. I have also been into sports and played at National level in Yogasana Sports and MTB Cycling. A Perk of being Yoga teacher is that it gives us the chance to transform a person physically as well as mentally. In fact it gives us the opportunity to transform ourselves and it improve the strong qualities like self motivation and strong will.
