I have been actively involved in Job Placement Assistance as a value-added service in the Software Training Program. During Workshops/Seminars, Knowledge is shared about focusing on all the aspects of an Interview apart from Technical Aspects. Active Coordination with students by having small batches (maximum of 5) from the stage of sessions, assessments, preparing a professional CV/Resume to attending Interviews and securing a Job. Preliminary Preparation ensures that our Students are able to perform confidently in Interviews even it was their First Interview. All our trainings are 100% practical and hands-on sessions. We don’t believe in narrating theories and stories. Our training process is a combination of inculcating necessary technology skills along with soft skills in a student to make him the real confident professional capable of facing any project in the world !! Batch can have maximum of 5 members to have more interaction with the students and to have more attention on the given assignments. Pre-Requisite: Any one can learn java course and Get Job. Projects: You work on building web and software applications. Technologies that we do cover: Core Java JDBC (Server side components for application and application can have 20 screens) HTML and Java Script (Screens / prototypes development work for application) Servlets (Integration work with the existing HTML and JDBC stuff to achieve web support for the completed assignments) JSP (Migrate the application from servlet to JSP) Struts with JDBC (Migrate the application from JSP to struts) Struts with Hibernate (Migrate JDBC to hibernate) Springs (New application can be covered with most of the modules) Web services (SOAP and REST) JUNIT , Log4J , ANT , Gradle , GIT, Putty , winSCP and code coverage tools(ECL EMMA). Data Base: My SQL, SQL and Mongo: These databases can be covered as part of assignments SQLYog and NoSQL: Tools are related to database usage. Tomcat and Web Sphere: Can be used Tomcat as part of assignments. SDLC: Complete lifecycle can be covered as part of each assignment. QC: Quality Center for the defect tracking. AJAX: Ajax calls can be implemented as part of assignments where ever we need.
