Also i motivate them and try to give more practical approach than the conventional approach. I want everyone to be confident for his answer in the subject which i taught if he/she would have been taught by me. Also i am very liberal and ready to solve your doubts in the subject anytime and any no. Of times but when i would ask you should have know how to do that.
