About Me

I am a former NPDF Research Scientist who worked on studying interaction between active plant metabolites and human pathogens using computational approaches with interest in application for drug purpose. Along with studying various docking algorithms I develop databases, automation scripts and UIs using Python and PHP/MySQL while occassionaly using JS. I am fluent with Windows and Linux systemsI gained experience in Plant Molecular Biology in my PhD. I worked in Proteomics of chickpea mitochondria subjected to dehydration stress. I also worked in Metabolomic and transcriptomic data analysis with my colleagues as evident in my publications. I have interest in data analysis, representation and I love teaching. Especially using no traditional visual aids and with focus on understanding of concept.
