About Me

Professional Summary With a varied experience of 19 years in educational institutions in primary, middle school and high school classes along with coordination of academic and non academic arenas, I now stand on a threshold of leveraging the advantages I have gained to the very engaging teaching learning profession. I have experience in teaching, administration and in management of school activities and expertise in heading a big team of teachers. As an in charge of Environmental Department, I manage around 20 teachers. I have helped the management by my dynamic professional work which includes designing of a new curriculum of Environmental Studies with our own worksheets and creative work which helped the school in producing a new book for the primary section. My greatest strengths which helped me to achieve a successful head position are my logical and critical thinking, ability to solve the problem quickly and efficiently, excellent communication skills, management ability and to build rapport with the staff to lead them well. My Strength- I am a versatile person to deal with administration and teaching together. I have dealt with admin of the pre primary school and zee school too. I have good listening skills, and I believe to understand the emotions and problems the children face. Benefiting from this ability, I am able to connect with the children. Children are rarely bored with me in the classroom, because I always try to make the lessons engaging, and interesting for them. I have many ideas to deal creatively in the class. I am passionate about teaching and working with children.
