My greatest joy in life is creating things and utilising my creations to solve relevant problems in real life.I Shivani Jadhav am 3rd year student of Food Engineering and Technology department at ICT Mumbai. My goal always has to utilise my creativity and logical thinking skills to create something new. I am constantly looking for new opportunities to build on this knowledge and enhance my ability. and I look forward to the challenges as well as the knowledge that I will gain from it. I was intrigued by the experiments shown to me and the wonders of science.As to quench this thirst I even read research philosophy and some articles which made me even more intrigued. Throughout this process, I hope to be able to learn many new skills that will give me a new perspective on the respective field with your help. I know from experience that this is a broad and interdisciplinary field with applications in virtually every area. As such, I hope to also broaden my horizons and knowledge in various fields of study to have a better foundation for future work.
