I believe students need to be compelled by any obligations but they should enjoy their subjects even if they do not like I promise to bring the interest of that subject. I also conduct tests on the basis the portion is completed ; how the student is comfortable with. If required could make special arrangements like audio visual. Strictness do not require if student is studying well. What is required is to have keen of learning something which being a tutor is my responsibility to generate interest in the minds of students if they are not comfortable with it.
