Contact id: shriyagb@gmail.com I've practiced teaching as a hobby for many a years (be it teaching homeless kids or just tutoring my brother), and I've come to the realisation that nothing else will ever inspire as much passion and dedication in me as teaching does. So here I am, ready to take this skill into the real world. I thoroughly enjoy reading (everything ranging from history text books to fantasy fiction) and have a knack for turning academic knowledge into life experiences. I certainly know how to make a learning experience fun without compromising on its quality. I don't support the notion that academic excellence is in any way a defining characteristic of a person. But I fully understand how major of an impact marks can have on someone's life and thus design my study plans accordingly. For more technical records: I passed 10th grade in CBSE board with a 9.8/10 CGPA. Took on PCMB for some time. And then finally passed my 12th grade in Commerce+Maths with an 87%. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in a reputed college in Pune. My experience with teaching had largely been informal. But I'm fully capable of handling one-on-one tutoring as well as class sessions. I have shifted to and lived in about 15 different cities over the last 18 years of my life and thus have grown up with a diverse set of region-oriented personality traits. This has made me extremely adaptable. It has also allowed me to learn different languages in varying capacities. I am proficient in Spoken as well as Written English. I am fluent in spoken and written Hindi. I am well versed with spoken Marathi. I can read and write Punjabi. I also largely understand Gujarati. Currently I'm learning French and Hawaiian.
