I hold a Master’s degree in History from Guru Nanak Dev University and a Bachelor’s degree from Khalsa College, Amritsar. Along with my academic background, I have practical experience in management, administration, team coordination, customer relations, and daily business operations, which has helped me develop strong professional and interpersonal skills. During my professional experience as an Owner and Business Manager, I was responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating with clients and suppliers, handling financial records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the business. My experience as an Owner, Manager, and System Administrator at a cyber café further developed my technical abilities, problem-solving skills, customer-service skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. I also bring valuable experience from my involvement in the National Cadet Corps (NCC), where I earned an NCC ‘C’ Certificate with an A Grade and participated in the RDC. In addition, I have appeared for Services Selection Board (SSB) interviews on nine occasions through the Combined Defence Services (CDS) selection process. This exposure has provided me with valuable experience in communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, decision-making, and working effectively in challenging and competitive environments. My participation in competitive sports, including the State Football Championship, has further strengthened my discipline, team spirit, perseverance, and ability to work towards common goals. These experiences, combined with my academic and professional background, have helped me become a responsible, adaptable, and confident individual.
