My teaching Experience 18 years in Multimedia Field. During that time, I've also been tutoring individual students one-on-one. I am learning Multimedia Bachelor of Multimedia and Web Technologies(BMW) from Netaji Subhas Open University. Course Conduct BRAINWARE. I believe in the limitless potential of all students. My belief, which is supported by my experience, is that one student may excel in many areas and learning modalities, but all students excel in some areas. My approach varies depending on the student’s needs and learning style. However my teaching philosophy is based on encouraging student? S to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible. I start from topics the student? S are comfortable with and move gradually towards more complex areas as their confidence builds. Learn to pick up clues in your student?s speech that enable you to understand how he is really feeling. A good listener does not dominate the conversation!
