A brief introduction about myself, I hold a Master’s in Arts (History) degree from Lucknow University and am U.G.C (NET) qualified with a rich experience of almost twenty years in the field of teaching. I have participated in various workshops ,seminars and conferences such as “Women society and change in India”, “legal Awareness programme for women”, Indian women and diversity-A real life real”, “Combating violence against women”, “Women rights at work place”, “Religion and governance in a secular state” etc. I have authored several Research Papers and have 5 book Publications to my credit. My Proficiency lies in managing large multi-disciplinary projects evolving excellent academic planning, making use of modern teaching pedagogy and updated research and execution with strong communication skills for the all round development of empowered personalities.
