About Me

One of the perks of an academic life is the opportunity to interact with young and bright students most of whom are at the threshold of stepping into the real world. It gives me immense satisfaction and joy that I as a professor will have the privilege to take part in the initial stages of their journey. It will also provide me a platform for improving my own skills both in terms of expressing myself as well as be a great source of research ideas. Below, I describe in detail about the teaching methodology, my experiences, and ideas in teaching: Teaching Philosophy and Methodology ,I was originally attracted to an academic career in large part because of the opportunities it offers for teaching and mentoring activities. Over the past 10 years, my interest in teaching and mentoring has only become stronger and I believe that I have learned a lot and matured significantly in this time. Exposure to research literature is an integral part of my course plans, in part because comprehension of course material is enhanced by an understanding of the methods used to discover that information.
