Hi, for me 'teaching' is a holy task of equipping students with genuine knowledge and good values. I prefer a liberal way of learning cum teaching process where I incourage students to raise their questions/ quriocities and clear their doubts. I hv developed a teaching process in totality where every subject is important and all are taught with equal importance by linking it pratically in a way of day to day life. For me, teaching has an objective of building and shaping of students' personality with skill of developing understanding between the facts and books. Honesty and integrity are to important weapons on which I emphasize while teaching. I don't misguide or give false information about any facts. If I don't know any thing which is asked by a student then I simply tell him/her that I don't know and will clear it next tution hour. My main motto of teaching is to transform student into an awared citizens I future where his/her knowledge will be based on his/her own observations and facts. He/she could develop a fine understanding of identify which/what is bad and good. Then process of promoting good and suppressing bad come into existence and it directs student on a right path way of leading life by his/her capabilities and pios views.
