I try to focus on the concept building and thinking process of the student rather than just learning.ANSWER WRITING: I also teach them the techniques to write well presentable answers which can grab the maximum marks in the examination.COMMUNICATION: I prefer a friendly and cheerful relation with the students so that students feel free to ask doubts and make crystal clear understanding.TIMINGS: Flexible timings as per the need of students, but punctuality needs to be maintained.SYLLABUS: there is no rigidity in duration of the class but the main focus will be on the completion of the subject.REVISION : Daily, weekly revisions are conducted on regular basis to make the subject memorable for a long time.TESTS: Weekly and monthly tests will be conducted regularly to check the weak points of the students and improve them.
